By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all my terms.

DISCLAIMER

⇀ You must be at least 18 years old to request a commission.

⇀ I retain the right to reject any request / commission for any reason.

⇀ I only accept a limited number of slots at a time; however, a waitlist is available in my Discord.

⇀ Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for or reserve a commission is not tolerated.

⇀ All of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the artwork's "intellectual property" that you, the client, are purchasing. Nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped to the client, nor am I required to ever ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.

PAYMENT

⇀ Prices are in USD and payments are conducted through PayPal.

⇀ Payment will be made full upfront unless discussed beforehand, in which I will only proceed after the artwork is fully funded.

⇀ I will initiate transactions via Paypal.me to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed to accept your commission and have asked for payment.

⇀ Price may increase depending of the complexity of the commission, what you see on the site is only the base price.

REVISION

⇀ Big changes are only allowed during the sketch phase ( clothing, pose ).

↪ Scrapping and redoing outfits / pose fully will result in an extra fee.

⇀ Once I have begun lineart, only small revisions are allowed ( colour, shading ).

COMMUNICATION

⇀ I accept commissions based on my preferences and what I am comfortable working with ( not FCFS - first come first served )

⇀ I will update you on the process of your commission through your chosen primary contact point after I have accepted your commission.

⇀ The commissioned piece may be used for personal reasons, such as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc.

⇀ Please always credit me as the creator.

✖ DO NOT sell, profit from, or distribute my work ( e.g. through merchandise, resale) unless a commercial license has been purchased, and a signed contract is in place.

✖ DO NOT modify or claim the work as your own.

✖ Under no circumstances do I allow my work to be used / turned into an NFT or to be used for AI in ANY WAY. You will be instantly blacklisted and lose IP of the purchased artwork.

REFUND / CANCELLATION

⇀ Refunds and cancellation are guaranteed ONLY BEFORE I begin work. After work has begun it is not a guarantee.

↪ Refunds may not be requested after confirmation of line art.

⇀ Partial refund are guaranteed upon the artist's inability to complete the project.

⇀ Partial refund are offered upon the artist's inability to complete within 3 to 6 months.

⇀ Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in blacklisting, account blocking, and the forfeiture of all associated copyrights.

FINAL

⇀ I retain the right to post the finished work on my SNS accounts ( X, Bluesky, Instagram etc. ).

⇀ Whether I can stream the process or post WIPs is your decision. This does not impose an extra fee.

⇀ However, if you do not wish for me to share the work at all (no posting on socials even after completion), an NDA fee will be required.

⇀ Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only.

↪ I preserve most files for up to 3 months, but I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.

↪ It is your responsibility to save any information, images, and other data I provide.

⇀ Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.

⇀ After you have paid for the work, I will not profit from it further. I may use your piece as a sample for my commission site ( if no NDA ).
